Graceful Ventures, Inc. operates under the DBA Power Estates Realty. When you use our public SMS subscription form, you can separately and voluntarily opt in to (1) non-marketing text messages concerning requested real estate information, inquiries, and appointments, and (2) marketing texts concerning homes, open houses, and real estate market updates. The checkboxes are unchecked by default, and you are not required to consent to SMS as a condition of a purchase, a CMA, or any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Communications and Consent for CMA Requests

If you request a comparative market analysis (CMA) or home value report, we request permission to contact you about preparing, delivering, and following up on that specific request by telephone and email. Optional text message permissions are requested separately. Some request-related contacts may involve an AI-assisted agent or AI-generated voice. You may withdraw that permission at any time; we will still honor legally required communications when applicable.

A separate, optional checkbox asks whether you also wish to receive real estate marketing, including listing alerts and service promotions by email, marketing texts, or calls using artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voices. Marketing permission is not required to receive a CMA or purchase a service. We maintain records of the consent wording, checkbox choices, submitted contact details, and submission time. We provide your choices to our business communications provider so that marketing permissions and restrictions can be applied.

You may revoke marketing permission by replying STOP to a marketing text, using an unsubscribe option in an email when available, or emailing chad@powerestatesrealty.com. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. Communications are subject to applicable federal and state rules, and you can request access to your consent record.
